Cooking Pork Chops The Healthy Way

Eating is one of the pleasures of mankind. This goes back into history to antiquity, when people enjoyed meals that lasted several days. They even had beds at the table instead of chairs. Of course, when you have to spend three days at the dinner table, you might want to take a nap between dishes, I guess.

Back to our era, eating is still a pleasure, but now we started to care about our health and this shows in our choice of cooking recipes. For example, instead of deep frying meat, we try to use more roasting and grilling as healthier cooking procedures. The end result can still be tasty. Just think of some juicy, tender pork chop casserole recipes you can prepare at home, with minimum of effort and with not so big budget. Preparing casserole meals is almost effortless, because after you fill the baking dish with lots of goodies, all you have to do is put it in the hot oven and wait.

Healthy Happy New Year 2010!

I’m starting this website in the beginning of 2010, as a support to my personal resolutions for the New Year. I want 2010 to be all about improving my health, about shifting to a better mood, to better relationships with people around me, to happiness and a life without stress.

These pages are going to document the shift, so don’t take anything as an advice. Always try to think with your own head, because your situation may be different than mine. Other than that, the healthy eating recipes and the other wellness tips I’m going to publish can be followed and adjusted for yourself. I can’t wait to hear your comments about everything I’m going to write this year and maybe for many more years to come.
